We are group of 6 stayed in this hotel for three nights on Feb 2022 in 3 delux rooms. The hotel is rated 5 star. The breakfast was good but resturant's staff did not understand english and 1 or 2 could understand or speak little of it. We were disapointed with rooms amenities and services We were 2 persons in each room and were gven 2 small bottles of shampoos that were not refilled every day. Then there was only 1 slippers in room..with floor very cold ot was inconvenience and unpleasant. We requested extra water as we were going to our room at our fist night...we went to sleep and no water was braught. We suspect that the room also is not clraned everyday as we sae remenant of things we left behind. On our last night the keys for all the 3 rooms did not work. We had to go down to reactivate...and when i asked the receptionist how can this happend...his answer was could be you put near your phone...my answer was is that possible for all 3 rooms at same time? In my opinion this is not at 5 star hotel..i down grade it 4 for poor service.

We had a highly disappointing experience with the hotel's management team. On December 30, 2024, they initially agreed to our request for New Year celebration arrangements. However, they suddenly denied making any arrangements, showing a lack of professionalism and commitment. Additionally, the laundry service was substandard and damaged one of our T-shirts. When we tried to address the issue with them, they were unresponsive and unwilling to listen to our concerns. The behavior of the staff was poor overall, and the food quality was below expectations. The options in the Complimentary Breakfast (CP) were very limited and mostly catered to South Indian cuisine, lacking variety. The only positive aspect was the morning desk staff, who were supportive and exhibited good behavior.

I was pleased with this hotel I found during my Antalya-Hatay journey, for which I was not very prepared. I'm staying in room 207. 3 nights including New Year's Eve. My room and bed were comfortable, the water in the bathroom was hot, the air conditioner heated well, and the television had known channels. Manager Hilmi Bey gave me detailed information about where and how to go in Hatay, and where and what to eat. He also explained that the biggest problem, the parking lot, should be managed directly. I thank him very much. The price I paid was very reasonable, the breakfast was also sufficient for this price.

The DIVAN HOTEL is located in a quiet area next to Taxim Square. Two minutes walk to the square that leads to Isticlal . The most famous area. Full of stores and restaurants.the hotel itself is quite and inviting. The rooms are not so spacious but you find everything you need for the stay. Breakfast is fabulous!! Fine food great service. The desk the crew are there to help and take care of the guests needs. Loved staying there
