The room facilities are great, except that the TV is a little small. Everything else is very good. We booked late and upgraded the room when we arrived. The security lady and the little brother at the door provided great service. The breakfast was good. There were not many varieties but it was enough. The restaurant Merry, the little girl had a very good service attitude. 👍I stayed in two Hilton hotels in Guizhou, one in Anshun and one in Maotai Town. There is no harm without comparison. The level and service of Maotai Town are much worse. It feels like a fast hotel. I will still choose here next time if I have the chance.

Bailian Hotel has a good design style and pays attention to privacy protection. The airport pick-up service provided by the hotel is very thoughtful, and the scenic spot tickets and battery car scenic spot shuttle are very punctual, and the service is very enthusiastic! The hotel meals are a perfect combination of local characteristics and fusion dishes, with moderate prices and unique and pleasant tastes. The most distinctive is the afternoon tea in the waterfall tea garden. While listening to the sound of the waterfall, tasting tea and watching the scenery, it really achieves the comfort of emptying and relaxing. The hotel's travel photographer has superb photography skills and took a long-lost youthful look for us. This is the highlight of this trip to Bailian! Of course, soaking in the hot springs in the hotel is still the best vacation mode for Bailian! In the future, we will have the opportunity to go to other Bailian hotels to experience different styles and services. Bailian Hotel is worth recommending!

This is my fourth time staying here. The service is still very good. Xiao Hei and Xiao Wang at the front desk were very enthusiastic to help me check in and give me all kinds of warm reminders. I stayed in Anshun for tourism. The room was spacious and the bathtub was very comfortable. However, the door handle of the bathroom seemed to be broken, and it was troublesome to close the door from the inside. The door could be repaired. Overall, it was good. It would be better if the check-out could be delayed until 14:00.

After close to 8 hours of mid night flight, fatigue and hunger is best feeling when I first touched down,adding the cold weather really make the trip very miserable tire.To my delightful, mid leve hotel had provide me with all the needs in time..Friendly and helpful receptionist, warnth the day .The room is cosy and clean .The food is exclusive tasty.The stays had washed away all my tiredness and ready for an energized event and a better tomorrow !

It's a very good hotel in Anshun. It's next to RT-Mart and a commercial plaza, as well as a pedestrian street with lots of snacks. It's very convenient for traveling and eating. I would like to commend Xiaoyi and Xiaozhang for their very good service attitude. They helped upgrade the room and gave Anshun specialties as gifts. In particular, I would like to mention that the car I rented this time encountered a problem with the battery and needed to be recharged. Xiao Zhang quickly helped me solve the problem. It's not too far from the center of Anshun. The check-in procedure was very fast. We had some requirements for the room type, and the manager also helped us upgrade the room type for free, which was very impressive! The room is very cost-effective, and the price during the May Day holiday is also quite suitable. I forgot something in the room after checking out, and they contacted me not long after checking out. Finally, I troubled the hotel to send it back to my home address.
