第一，這個版本的全季房間理應有小冰箱，也確實有小冰箱的插口，但是小冰箱不見了，第二，晚上應該也不算晚吧，就8點左右，第一回是打電話説的要4瓶水，結果由於機器人到了門口沒有打電話通知於是又回到了一樓，第二回我又在華住app裏要了4瓶水，又是過了挺長一段時間沒有收到，於是又打電話給前台，才跟我説讓我把房門打開，讓機器人再送一次，第三，我下的訂單是有一份水果的，但是一直沒有送到房間，我就打電話問前台，她們説一會兒給送，然後又是等了很長一段時間，結果送過來的水果慘不忍睹，乾的幹，癟的癟，爛的爛，送不起就別送，用不着那麼敷衍，第四，早餐的問題，八點半到九點去餐廳，這個時間段不晚吧，結果幾乎沒有什麼品類，根本就不像全季應有的規格，最後沒辦法就讓煮了一碗牛肉粉，這個牛肉全是肥肉。。。
