我們是兩個平台訂的4晚，中間出了些差錯，有我們自己的原因，也有酒店確認不清的原因，處理方法是酒店給升房了，這個挺滿意的。另外，訂房時有黃果樹景區的一個啥服務的，大家看看清楚，我們按照要求預約了，可是説約滿了不能送我們，雖然最後做了一定的補償，但這個服務有待完善，不是特別滿意。
