剛進去第一印象非常好, check in 過程很有意思, 大堂設計裝修也很眼前一亮的感覺,還會專門用高爾夫車送到房間, 一開始在想房間就這樣吧, 算上服務這個價位還是可以. 但是!!!!! 住進去發現這個酒店真的經不起推敲! 首先門的貓眼是用紙巾塞上的, 温泉裏有飛蛾, 開夜床服務送的西米露所用的碗口有裂痕, 房間mini bar裏的飲品裏面的底部都已經長黃色的東西了, 太差了吧？然後在退房的時候, 和我説我們訂的其中一個房間酒杯底部有輕微刻痕, 需要賠償120元? 但是, 根本酒杯沒有摔, 沒有撞, 只是倒進去了可樂放在那裡, 那是原本酒杯就是裂的麼？而且, 快每晚4000元的一個房間, 定了三個房間, 這120元還在計較麼？ 更離譜的是, 我和酒店説請直接和那個住客核實情況, 如果屬實沒問題 - 結果, 酒店5分鐘後打電話説, 和清理房間的阿姨經過核實, 輕微刻痕不是很嚴重, 酒店可以承擔. 那所以, 一開始就是沒有經過核實隨便説的麼？而且, 酒杯根本就是沒有怎麼使用, 如果真的是因為我們用來喝可樂產生了裂紋, 質量也太差了吧？
如果真的酒杯裂痕嚴重的話, 難道不應該先問一下客人有沒有受傷麼? 這個酒店真的服務很不值得花這個價錢. 用攜程的朋友們, 請避坑!
