新開業，硬件設施很好，也很乾凈舒適。服務人員待客親切，比較滿意。住宿期間感受到下面幾方面有待改進。一是關於開車出入免費車庫的規定解釋不一致，入住時告知無須提供車牌號，隨時均可出入。第二天出門時發現出不去，前台又告知出去前要告知車牌號，並説他們錄入就行了。第三次出去時又被告知每天上午都要錄入車牌號。二是入住時臨時告知有兩天因餐廳員工放假衹能給我們發放一盒牛奶和一個麪包作為早餐，我們雖然能理解員工過年要放假，但這樣的早餐安排也太草率了，而且也沒有減少相應費用，感覺不太合適。第三是2月1日上午6:40左右，店裡突然響起警報，大家急急忙忙穿衣走樓梯來到大堂，但無工作人員出來做解釋，也不知發生什麼事。天亮過後也一直沒能收到店家的正式解釋和道歉。
