The guest rooms were one of the biggest surprises. JI Hotel features the hotel's signature minimalist, oriental aesthetic, creating spacious and bright rooms with a warm, natural wood hue. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring excellent sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable: the floors, bathroom, and countertops were spotless, and even walking around barefoot was perfectly acceptable, demonstrating the hotel's stringent cleanliness standards. The front desk service was also commendable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, handled check-in efficiently, and offered helpful tips for nearby attractions. I'm especially grateful to the front desk lady for her patient answers, which saved us many detours. Their service and professionalism were impeccable.
