酒店衞生良好，房間有味道需要通風，服務需要加強！我到店比較晚，由於房間煙味太重要求換房，前台告知沒有對應房型可換。讓我自己開窗通風，已經晚上九點了我不睡覺來這通風嗎，為什麼酒店不提前做處理？而且在我堅持換房後又看了二間這樣的房間，之前還説沒有此房型，自己打臉！

來鞍山好多次了，第一次到這個酒店，真的是太讚了，攜程上搜尋的沒想到這麼好，設施環境雖説沒有星級酒店那麼豪華，但是這服務超出我的想象，我到的時候下着小雨（基本淋不濕的那種）從停車場下車保安一直跟着我為我撐傘，到大堂以後辦理入住的接待員也是非常熱情細心，告訴我同等價位哪個房間更有性價比，並且親自把送我到了房間給我連接了WiFi ，還送了果盤，同遊的姐妹都誇我有眼光，下次再到鞍山還會選擇萊弗仕

去鞍山每次都住的這家酒店，這次住的家庭套間，房間很大，每間都有衞生間很方便，衞生乾淨放心，服務態度也都很好，因為連住了三晚還給我們送了一份小吃，早上的自助早餐品種多味道好
