這個是續租的，價位上比之前的要貴一點點，不過條件也確實比之前的那間要好不少，雖然中途出了點小意外，門鎖出了問題，但是房東馬上安排人來給處理，絲毫沒有耽擱。別的不説，光是這處理問題的態度和效率就非常棒了。很不錯的入住體驗。

環境：位置好找，就在碧樂城樓上，正對面就是火車站。
服務：房東姐姐態度特別好，特別熱情
設施：房間裏設施完善，投影儀可以投屏，有一次性洗漱用品，洗衣機冰箱都可以使用。
衞生：房內很乾凈，淋浴間地面也很乾凈，馬桶還有一次性馬桶套。
第一次住民宿，在網上看了很多家選了這家，沒有失望。房東姐姐很好説話，人美熱情。房子位置也很方便，就在鞍山市中心，下樓走五分鐘到景子街，周圍都是商場，坐車也方便，樓下各趟公交都有。以後如果再來鞍山還會選擇這家。

房間很棒，住起來有種回家的温馨感，地面包括枱麪還有衞生間什麼的都超級乾淨，還有很多日用品也是備齊了的～地段也很好，樓下就是便利店和碧樂城，出去逛完走幾步就到民宿了，住起來一點也不像普通的酒店那樣不舒服，店家姐姐態度真的超級好～～很温柔～有什麼事情也很好溝通，總體下來真的是很棒的一次住宿！！！

這真的是哪裡來的寶藏公寓啊！！！剛進門有個掛鑰匙的物件，太可愛了！還有顏值超高的小冰箱！熱水壺也方便實用！奶白奶白的太喜歡了！衞生真的相當乾淨了，我都不忍心穿鞋踩在地上！（拖鞋也好好看！還柔軟）不瞞你們説一看房東美女姐姐第一眼就知道公寓一定很乾凈！！！（房東姐姐人美還熱情！怕我們找不到還特意來接我們！！）衞生間真的哪哪都好，全是智能，智能馬桶，還有排氣和暖風，都太智能啦！洗髮露牙膏洗面奶啥都有！尤其花灑也贊！！！進主卧的那個左手邊小沙發忒舒服了，有點讓人坐下了就不想起來，哈哈～ 還有投影效果！太好了，主打聽勸，聽房東姐姐的話看了水之道阿凡達，那效果真贊啊！！！看到下半夜都捨不得睡，必須看完3個小時的阿凡達😂。床！太舒適了！我這人住賓館毛病太多了 第一反應就是看看床上有沒有頭髮之類的，但是房東姐姐這個床不僅柔軟，枕頭舒適，而且超級乾淨！！！我竟找不到一絲瑕疵！鞍山居然有這麼棒的公寓，我竟沒有發現！！其實也不太想給這麼多字的好評，因為我怕你們都來訂房間我就訂不到了😭，但我不能昧着良心説話，有啥説啥，這個公寓是真的好啊！！之前還覺得有點小貴，但開門的一瞬間就覺得貴什麼貴，之前那些酒店訂的才貴。這個公寓這個價格真的太值得了！！我來我來！我還來！！！

房間裝修沒得説，房東人也很熱情，本身位置也很方便，很推薦情侶來住，比較浪漫，設施也挺好，衞生，不過價格也在這裏，比較相符吧。
