訂了二間海景房，3大1小童入住，酒店説小童不能入住，其實給我們的海景房在一層，離海老遠，也衹能看到一點海。要我們加75歐元/晚雙住蜜月套房，所謂套房也就是一間卧室並無客廳。真不懂為什麼價高的房才能住小童？二種房都不存在小童安全問題。這種歧視小童的做法讓人憤怒！小童就是到我們住的海景房來也會遭到驅趕。一家人硬要被分開二處，豪無道理。其他服務差勁之處在另一間房評論裏己寫。可參見。

Superb resort with warm hospitality, a beautiful garden and beach, and delicious, varied high-quality food. We felt very well cared for, especially thanks to Suganthan and Deepthi. Would love to come back.

Très belles chambres océan, super fonctionnelles avec grand balcon. Excellents repas en demi-pension, de supers cuistots et le personnel au top, toujours très aimable, serviable et à votre écoute. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, tout les long de la plage de Cote d’Or, presque au bout donc tranquillité absolue.

Un séjour inoubliable au Duc de Praslin ! Nous passons ( nous y sommes toujours et tellement nous sommes content je met un avis pendant notre passage ) un merveilleux séjour à l’hôtel Duc de Praslin. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné ( boissons AUX CHOIX). Merci à Hilda, Jeanine et les autres ( je me souviens plus des prénom à la réception pour leurs sourires et leurs disponibilités tout au long du séjour ( toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions avec gentillesse) . Le cadre est superbe, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et décorées avec goût. 3 piscines dont 1 adultes only, la plage , le bar de plage enfin tout est parfait. Salle de sport très bien équipé aussi. Un immense merci également à Darshan au restaurant pour le service irréprochable. Toujours souriant et professionnel.La cuisine est délicieuse, avec des produits frais et une belle touche locale. Le buffet du soir au restaurant de l’hôtel et le petit déjeuné également. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet établissement pour un séjour paisible, confortable et authentique à Praslin. Merci à toute l’équipe et à la direction.
