La vue depuis la terrasse et les chambres est époustouflante. La piscine est sympa et l’accès à la plage est rapide bien que très pentu. Néanmoins, l’hôtel est à fuir. La propreté est limite, les salles de bain sont à refaire, le mobilier est hors d’usage. Le personnel est gentils mais désœuvré. Je ne recommande pas non plus le restaurant, le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon non plus. Séjour rapide (2 nuits) mais très étrange !

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Le Relax Hotel and Restaurant. Despite advertising a "flexible cancellation policy," the hotel refused to accommodate me when I discovered that my cancellation request had not been properly registered. I acted in good faith by contacting the hotel just a few hours after the cancellation deadline and several days before my scheduled stay. However, they flatly refused to reverse the full charge or even offer a compromise, despite having ample time to rebook the room. This rigid and inflexible approach is entirely unreasonable, especially given that I immediately reached out to resolve the issue. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, prioritizing their rigid rules over basic fairness and goodwill. If you value fair treatment, transparency, and a property that cares about its guests, I strongly advise booking elsewhere. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I regret ever making this reservation.

We stayed a week in this hotel and we had a great time, both the room and the bathroom were large and comfortable, the staff were kind, very friendly and helpful... we felt in a family environment... really very beautiful. We spent a few days at the hotel, we found everything to our liking, a quiet place with a good atmosphere, the room with a sea view is incredible, waking up to the landscape that seems like you are dreaming. Perfect place to meditate and enjoy the surroundings. The attention of the staff is super good, friendly and careful to make you feel relaxed. I give the kitchen a ten, very good and the breakfast perfect. Of course I will return to the same place.

The Le Relax Hotel is beautifully situated a little way up with a wonderful view of Anse Royale. It is very quiet and very relaxing. 5 minutes down the hill are 2 small bays with the finest sand and turquoise blue sea. An offshore reef prevents high waves. The pool and restaurant have the best view of Anse Royale. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with a sea view and a small, shady terrace. It was always very clean and tidy. At breakfast we could choose between continental and Indian. We tried all the Indian variations and were delighted. All special requests were fulfilled. The entire Relax team was super friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. The manager was also always on hand to answer questions and give advice. The island of Mahé is the ideal holiday destination and the Relax Hotel rounds off this impression perfectly. We would like to thank the entire team for the dream holiday.

It is a great hotel, with outstanding ocean view. It is easy to get there from the airport, by taxi or by local bus, which stops 2 minute walk from the hotel. It has as well nice swimming pool. The personel is very nice, friendly, always willing to help. It's location is perfect , a short walk from the Royal Anse Beach. There is also a nice restaurant in the hotel, serving great Indian food. I strongly recomend that place and for sure will book the accomodation again if ever again in Mahe.

Lovely Indian food. They do delivery to your hotel also in case you are not staying there. Superb service. Special mention to Vaishnav who went extra mile to take care of our 10 month old baby. Location is also fab with sea view. They have outlets in Praslin and la digue too which you can try.
