Tropical Paradise View

We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer we had while we were phoning to get other accommodations was cold! That was about the brightest spot I could come up with. When we spoke to the person there about the cat pee, all she said was that "the cats are never allowed in the rooms." Live and learn but reserve this place at your peril.

The picture that features the property is not real. And the place is on the top of the hill, very remote, not close to any local market. And walking to the ocean can take very long time. Taxi going to Soufrière or Rodney or airport Bay takes more than one hour and 80-120 US dollars. The place itself is overpriced considering the inconvenience of the location.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was okay, The staff was very good and friendly, also very helpful towards our travelling, good sea view.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. Pretty far up but if you’re looking for a place with privacy and quiet, this is the place.

The hotel definitely lived up to its name, the views were truly beautiful. The staff were all extremely helpful and every time we needed help they supported our needs. they also offer a breakfast lunch and dinner menu which was great!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Primus and his wife Elvy were so hospitable and kind, my party and I really enjoyed our stay here. Elvy makes the best food ever; make sure to get the shrimp salad or shrimp fried rice, delicious. Although Anse la Raye is a bit less touristy than I imagined, being in a local area gave us the unique experience to see a different part of island life. If your looking to do other things than just go to the beach, also make sure to book excursions around the city/island. Rooms were cleaned almost every other day, the pool was beautiful, and we had the most breathtaking view of the city just outside of our room. Really recommend.

Tropical paradise View was an amazing place to stay. The owner Primus was very helpful in recommending local hot spots, private beaches and his on site restaurant had delicious food. I loved our room that has a view of the mountains and the beach. (Anse la Raye). Overall it was beautiful, perfect memories of my wife and I and we would definitely come back and stay at Tropical Paradise View hotel. They have a balcony with a pool overlooking the ocean from the mountain side. So many beautiful flowers and birds on site. If you are on the fence about staying, book the room. You will not be disappointed. Our entire stay was awesome. Thanks for making our vacation amazing. - Damien from Ft Worth, TX

What a lovely place. So authentic. Fantastic views and sunsets. Primus, the owner collected us from the airport (for a fee). Elvie fed us so well and looked after us. Thank you to Mackenzie and Takira too. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens full of flowers. Yes, there are tree frogs, cats, dogs, roosters, goats and even mosquitos in the Caribbean! You might hear them but we found it very peaceful and quiet and relaxing.

I loved my time at Tropical Paradise View. The room was wonderful, with a beautiful view overlooking the village and the sea. Elvie and Primus were incredibly accommodating and attentive to all my needs. They also guided me around the area, ensuring I had a truly memorable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the meals and appreciated the personal touch provided by the staff. I highly recommend this place for travelers who enjoy exploring the more personal experience.
