기본 어메니티가 샴푸,트리트먼트,바디워시 제품 외에는 없습니다. 체크인시 칫솔,치약,샤워타월은 구매해야한다는 안내가 없어 있는줄알고 객실로 올라갔는데 없어 당황했습니다.물어보니 대답해주는..
체크아웃시 키반납하고 주차에 대한 안내 또한 없어서 지하2층에 정산하려고보니 요금이 나와 다시 데스크로 올라가 물어보니 "지금은 체크아웃 많아 차단기가 열려있습니다."라고 하더군요. 체크아웃시 안내해줬으면 아니, 주차하셨냐는 질문하나만 했어도 오르락 내리락 헛걸음 안했을텐데 데스크의 대처가 참 안타깝더군요.
위치,시설, 청결도 만족하고, 크리닝 직원분들도 아침엔 먼저 인사도 해주셔서 감사하고 다시 오고싶었는데 아쉽더라구요.
