房子軟裝設計不錯，很有氛圍感，老闆服務也很好。不過硬裝有點老舊，牆面傢俱都有破損，垃圾桶比較臟😂小區環境也一般，電梯間和樓道都是直接水泥鋪的，比較臟。建議老闆升級一下硬件設施會更好。

兩室兩廳一衞，廚房有冰箱，陽台直麪長江大橋，房間裝修很有格調，適合一家出遊。樓下小區車位緊張，去晚了得停在馬路邊上。
