在大學旁邊做點小生意，家裡來了親戚朋友都住在這個店，對象臨時來了開個鐘點房也很方便，附近也有很多賓館，相對來説，這家店衞生乾淨，價格適中，老闆人很好，外賣可以直接送到房間門口，還有免費的礦泉水。對比一些連鎖酒店，“有過而不及”。
空調用的是格力和美的，有備電蚊液、蚊香、氣霧劑等供不同客户的不同需求來選擇，細節方面做的滿滿。
