What a gorgeous family-run boutique hotel. Fantastic sunset views, great rooms, lovely staff - nothing too much trouble. A 10 minute walk down to the beach if you can tear yourself away from the hotel’s uncrowded pool which has enough comfortable sun beds for all guests and a well stocked bar. We had a suite and our children had ordinary rooms but they were all cleaned every day. There was a Nespresso machine and a fridge with ice. Breakfast was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh prepared eggs to order, sitting in the shade near the pool.

Wow, what a wonderful place this is. The best view of Kini in the beautiful grounds of a large terrace in which you can swim, eat, drink and chill! The breakfast is amazing, the drinks from the bar are not expensive and the rooms include a fridge, mini bar, hob, separate relax area and of course a comfy bed! Everyone is so friendly and speak (much to our embarrassing lack of Greek) excellent English. Kini is 10 mins walk and there are 2 beaches to choose, with pristine inviting seas! A great array of restaurants on the front. Ultimately, Terezdina, Andreas, are wonderful, friendly ever so helpful hosts, and amazing staff like Velma, mean that we will definitely be returning! Gonna get it booked !!!

Rooms are Minimal with nice touches, Comfortable and clean. Near by activities Variety of restaurants, Vivid beach. Safe to walk around any time.A little Steep road, but walkable. A lot of nice restaurants nearby .Pino di Loto has excellent breakfast. Highly recommended for relaxing holidays.

This is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. There is a reason they have a 5 star rating, because Terezdina, Andreas And Velma call you guests not customers and make you so welcome. From the beautiful spacious decorated rooms, with every type of pillow you could wish for. Delicious breakfasts, (I would say the best in Greece not just Syros.) To the lovely pool with amazing views and obviously not forgetting the wonderful cocktails. Follow on instagram or facebook and you will get a little glimpse of this little gem.

Die Anlage mit ihrem herrlichen Ausblick ist ein Traum. Das Zimmer war groß, liebevoll und mit Details aus der Familien- Geschichte dekoriert, und alles war sehr sauber. Aber das Beste sind Terezdina und ihr Mann, das ist Gastfreundschaft wie man sie selten erlebt. Wir haben direkt für 2026 gebucht und freuen uns schon sehr.

We had the most restful and welcoming stay, not only during this holiday, but for as long as we’ve been travelling. Greek philoxenia is hard to top, but at Pino di Loto they’ve done exactly that. Everything was perfect: the showers were working and the bathroom was clean and roomy with great products; the bedroom has a roomy wardrobe and good beds with choice of pillows and top mattress; the kitchenette has an espresso machine and a selection of teas; the comfortable sitting room has a TV which we didn’t really need as the bar and swimming pool area was relaxing, plus you’ve got uncrowded beaches nearby. There are good restaurants in the village of Kini Beach, and the walk uphill after a good meal helps your digestion, but the view from above is great. But above all, the hosts,Terezdina, Andreas and Wilma, made this stay unforgettable, starting with a marvellous choice for breakfast, their good humour and making sure that their guests are at ease and taken care of. TOP of the TOPS!

Besser geht’s nicht! Fantastische Gastgeber, perfekte Lage auf einer traumhaften Insel. Terestina und Andreas gestalten alles so liebevoll und zuvorkommen wie man es nur selten erlebt. Dazu lokale Speisen und Getränke - einfach perfekt! Die Anlage ist super sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind groß und individuell mit tollen Details gestaltet . Man erreicht zu Fuß gute Tavernen und isst dort direkt am Wasser. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!

We stayed 3 nights in one of the executive suites & could have stayed a week. We fell in love with Pino di Loto, Kini & Syros. The location, views, suites, food, staff, and hospitality are all top notch. It’s peaceful location but close proximity to the quaint seaside town of Kini make it a perfect location. The sunsets are amazing. Highly recommend!
