Would not give me towels..Management was rude!vWas over priced compared to motel 6 No breakfast or coffee management was rude.I really hated my stay at American inn better quality and cheaper room in Oxford Alabama there was piss stains around the toilet didn't offer soap are towels for two people hated my stay at American inn

Didn't like the idea of standing outside to check in and out. The cleaning staff was very helpful when i needed them. No coffee pot to have morning coffee wasn't good

NEVER AGAIN! Disgusting
Dirty, stained sheets, mold on the shower curtain, no fridge or microwave, hair in the shower, overall disgusting. There are prisons that have better accommodations.

American Inn - Near Fort McClellan
I arrived at 7:30 PM, but the office was not open. There is a number to call for service. I called, and the clerk/manager came to the window after about 15 rings. The room was clean and basic. It served its purpose. I left at 7:00 AM, and the window was locked tight. No key drop--so I just left.

Disappointed
The lady running the counter the front desk was very rude and there was no there’s two pillows in the room here all in the bathtub no towels

Not Good!
Everything about this motel was mediocre. Plus no cups or toiletries, bag for ice bucket, towels not hung up, trash behind side tables, etc, etc...

Would not recommend.
Clerk tried to change room at check-in, instead charged me $15 more to keep double room. AC in room didnt work very well, ice machine didn't work, drinks machines didnt work. Would not recommend.
