不知道酒店是搞什麼，昨天辦理入住的時候特意問了酒店明早幾點可以游泳，工作人員説是他們是夜裡換水，早上八點就可以正常游泳，下午還專門買了小朋友玩水的玩具，結果早上去到泳池，工作人員説是維修，把水全部放了，我就想説那檢修不能提前通知一下住客嗎？如果知道是這種，那我都直接取消行程了，體驗感極差，服務做的也不到位！大半夜的有那種大貨車一直間隔鳴喇叭，聲音巨響，好像是工地施工🚧那樣，哎，滿心歡喜和期待，換來的衹是服務員一句微弱的對不起，那請問我被欺騙的內心和失去的時間，就衹換來三個字💔

差評。我們一個月以前就定了兩間泡池大床房，當天也是12點不到就到達了，希望安排對着泳池的房間，前台説沒有，我們也退步説給一間也可以，前台也拒絕了。後面發現得到對着泳池房間的人很晚才來。不知道是什麼原因讓我們沒住上希望的房間，按時間先後我們也是先定先到的，這個酒店應該就是看人下菜。這讓我想起上一次我們來，也是帶着孩子，倒是給我們安排了對着泳池的房間，A101，當時也是其他三間對泳池的房間都沒入住，後面我發現給我們這個房間是翻新過木地板的，甲醛味極重，我們先到還給我們最差的房間，也是醉了。所以，兩次體驗必須給差評。
