本來打算去放鬆一天，特意衝著温德姆的牌子訂的，結果大失所望。房間還可以夠大，但兩次辦理入住都先找不到預訂訊息，前台業務熟練度堪憂；二是温泉下午4點到晚上11點，當時設施詳情裏是沒有説明的，一開始就是看着温泉沒有限時開放才選的；三是泳池是涼水，涼水，不是温泉也不加熱的，跟設施訊息不符；四餐廳衹接待團餐預訂，晚飯衹能自己去周邊居民區找地方吃；五早餐能達到三星水平吧，很多菜明顯不是現做的，幾個廚師阿姨衹顧着自己聊天吵架；六作為五鑽酒店，小童拖鞋小童浴袍小童洗漱用品都是沒有的。
後來跟攜程反應後攜程積極介入處理，但作為管理方，酒店實在是沒有達到品牌應有的服務水平

The room facilities are average and a bit old. The pool service experience is very poor. No one greeted and gave a hand card when entering. Only 3 pools were opened, and the water level of one of them was only 3/4. After the bath, the locker in the locker room could not be opened (the hand card failed). Since the guest room did not have a change bag, the overall summary is that it is not cost-effective and the experience is too poor. Any hotel of the same price in the Anning area is better than this one, and I will not choose to stay there.

Convenient transportation, grand lobby, high-end feeling, but the corridor was very dark when checking in, the facilities in the room were old, there were only 4 bottles of water and 4 bags of tea, not even instant coffee!
