Except that the front desk called at around 8 o'clock to say that there was a problem with my card and it could not be used, and after explanation, it was corrected. It seems that the front desk's thinking was not very clear. The rest was OK!

The room was nice, but the service was terrible. They were understaffed, had to wait for a long time, and their attitude was not like they wanted you to stay, but wanted you to leave as soon as possible.

We like this hotel and have stayed here many times, but this time the parking situation was problematic. Apparently, Hilton has contracted the parking to a private company with zero customer service. Parking is $30 per day, and you need to scan a QR code, which takes you to this company's third-party website, and the site was not working properly. We had prepaid for parking with our room rate, but there was no way to let this third-party know about this (and the clerk at the hotel, who was very nice, said this was an ongoing problem.) So, we were worried that we would be ticketed or towed. We even got a warning on our windshield from the company, saying that if we didn't pay up, we might be "inconvenienced" (towed?) but there was no way to call the parking company to explain. I'm surprised that Hilton would allow their guests, who have done nothing wrong, to be hassled by a parking company. It used to be so easy to charge the parking to the room. Please, Hilton, consider back to your former (very easy!) method of paying parking to the hotel directly. And thanks to the reservation clerks who helped. Otherwise, our room was nice, but this definitely put a damper on our visit.

This hotel is in a great location, close to town. The restaurant has both indoor & outdoor seating, which was nice. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. My room was extremely clean & had everything I’d need. The self park option was easy & safe.

The wall paper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was so weak I could barely wash my hair.
