Lovely inn located steps from the Naval Academy and in the heart of adorable Annapolis. Our room was a bit tight with a compact bathroom, but beds are very comfortable and for a short stay, this charming inn was great. Breakfast was delicious and worth it.

The advertisement through ******* is misleading, it states Bed & breakfast, free breakfast included. I paid for the stay in full only to see a charge on my card after the guest checked out, no bill was sent, when called they said it was for the breakfast; this is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just as advertised - Clean room with nice views, attentive and friendly staff, excellent location walking distance to shops/cafes/water, and delicious farm to table breakfast! Thank you for an easy and nice stay for our quick trip to Annapolis!
