Fairfield Inn & Suites Annapolis

They cancelled our reservation and never contacted us. Showed up at 7pm at night and then had to scramble to find a place. Didn’t care, didn’t even try and help. Front desk was arrogant. Seems like they do this a lot, so be careful when/if trying to stay here

This is a newer hotel, very cute on the outside and clean on the inside. The breakfast was really good and it was different each day. Where it’s located we felt very safe and a very close walking distance to downtown Annapolis that has some great restaurants. It’s the little things that count, what I enjoyed the most was having a water filling station on our floor that include filtered water, and ice. I wish every Marriott had this!! You can refill your water bottles!! Highly recommend!

Jasmine at the front desk is awesome and helped us solve an issue. So happy to be here. It’s new and clean and beautiful. Great bar and Location. Came for graduation and was walking distance. Kllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

Overall great experience, very clean, you can walk to downtown. I will definitely stay here again.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a new hotel with rooms and bathrooms in excellent condition. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, which is a definite plus. However, the service during my stay left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes to check in, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I called the front desk twice from my room and let ring 20 times without any response. I eventually had to go downstairs to get someone to fix the safe, which was not working due to missing batteries. The room cleaning service was also problematic. I had to request it because it was not done at 4 PM. When the cleaning staff finally came, they took the towels that were on the racks, despite the hotel's instructions not to change them. They left a note saying they had run out of fresh towels, leaving us with only one bath towel to share. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing. Overall, while the hotel's physical condition is excellent, the service issues were such that I can't recommend this hotel. I expected much better from a Marriott.
