Excellent, small but tastefully decorated hotel with amazing personal service. Even small details are obviously the result of considered thinking. It is very close to the center of Annaberg the town albeit with a bit of climbing uphill walking.

Seit Jahren komme ich zum Klöppeln nach Annaberg. Von Anbeginn wohne ich im Hotel " Alt Annaberg " und genieße jedes Mal auf's Neue die familiäre und erholsame Atmosphäre. Liebevolle Aufmerksamkeiten, wie eine Box mit Snacks, Notfallartikeln oder d. Kühlschrank mit verschiedenen Getränken auf den sehr gepflegten Zimmern, sind Standard. Zum Frühstück sind tagesfrische Zutaten und selbstgebrühter Kaffee eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Bei den unterschiedlichsten Anliegen helfen die Mitarbeiterinnen und die Hotelchefin sehr gerne weiter. Nicht mehr missen möchte ich die interessanten und tiefgreifenden Gespräche mit der sehr engagierten Hotelchefin, wenn es es ihre rare Zeit erlaubt. Wenn ich aus der Hoteltür trete, freue ich mich bereits sehr auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. A. H.

Für 10 Nächte war ein sehr praktisch, bequem und stillvoll eingerichtetes Apartment unser Zuhause. Die getrennten Wohn- und Schlafräume, eine kleine Küchenzeile mit allen üblichen technischen Geräten sowie ein Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten brachten den entsprechenden Komfort. Die öffentlichen Bereiche wie Frühstücksraum, Flure und Treppenhaus waren mit Bildern, Blumen und verschiedensten Gegenständen geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das schmackhafte und ausgiebige Frühstück wurde nach unseren Wünschen extra gestaltet. Wir möchten uns bei der Inhaberin Frau Förster-Haas und ihrem Team noch einmal recht herzlich bedanken. Das Hotel war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt Annaberg-Buchholz und die Umgebung entsprechend unseren Interessen touristisch zu erkunden. Renate und Hans-Christian
