Das Hotel hat eine super schöne Lage. Die Zimmer schön groß, die Betten nicht so gut, Matratzen viel zu weich, Kopfkissen Mini. Essen ist auch sehr gut. Personal ist nett aber wirkt sehr umorganisiert.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, denn das Hotel hat sich sehr verbessert. 2022 waren wir auch schon im Hotel, aber nicht sehr zufrieden. Aber jetzt hat alles zu 100% bestimmt. Das zimmer war sehr schön und das Bad ein Traum, so schön groß und mit Badewanne. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war alles da. Zu meiner Überraschung gabe es die kleinen tschechischen Berliner, die ich sehr gerne esse. Wer hier bei diesem Frühstück nichts findet, ist selbst schuld. Kaffee gabe es als Filterkaffee oder aus dem Kaffeeautomaten, Speigeleier wurden von einer Mitarbeiterin vor unseren Augen zubereitet und dann auch noch ein wunderschöner Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum auf Annaberg.

A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time.

Sauberkeit läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig
Die Hotelzimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit läßt trotz Gesprächs mit dem General Manager sehr zu wünschen übrig. Da hilft auch das reichhaltige Frühstück nicht. Klares: Nie wieder!

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel. Super freundliche Angestellte. Mein Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig. Alles war sauber. Kann ich empfehlen für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in netter Umgebung.
