The hotel was nice and ambience was so good ***** with delicious food and staff members were very much helpful and kind. The staff Sasi ranjan Singh from house keeping member was very helpful. The room 215 ambience was good and with good wifi facility.

Too good house keeping service I have ever seen in my life during stay at any hotel. Delivering the items asked in 2 mins to room. Very humble in nature the person to whome I met Shashi Ranjan singh the house keeping supervisor. He is very kind in nature as well and was very helpful & supportive during stay.

I had a great stay at Lords. The staff was very helpful and polite. Sashi Ranjan of the housekeeping staff in particular provided great service. Pretty close to the GIDC and frequently used by those who are here to visit factories or host guests
