The hotel staff was friendly enough, but the hotel is garbage. It should be rated a 1 star property not three stars. We stayed in room 161 across from the indoor pool. The odor of stale fish greets you as soon as you open the door to the room. Not sure who warmed up fishing the microwave but housekeeping clearly did nit care to deodorize anything. Let alone provide daily service. We were there 3 nights and had to beg for clean towels and sheets by the third night. Who doesn’t clean a room for THREE days? There are stains in the carpet, and mold in the bathroom. The bathroom door does not open properly as the toilet is positioned too close to the door. There is no way this room passed any kind of building inspection. The door hits the toilet so you have to slide through the opening to get into the bathroom. The absolute icing on the cake is the drop ceiling in the shower. While you are showering, there is a leak from the upstairs unit and nasty water drips on you from the unit above as you try to shower. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. There are so many other choices just across the street.

We requested handicap room with walk in shower Originally give room with tub and grab bars. This wouldn’t do for my husband who can’t lift legs high enough to get into tub. We were transferred to a walk in shower room. No grab bars in shower still unsafe. Desk service and personnel were great and accommodating. There was a lack of shower chairs for other patrons. Attached restaurant was a plus. Pool was great but use hours need to be stated and adhered to. Screaming girls from 8 to 11:30 pm. Were they the only ones here? NO

The rooms were fairly nice. The entrance door closest to my room didnt lock but was supposed to be card activated.

Each bed came with two small pillows. We asked for extra pillows twice and did not get any. The shower had very low water pressure and did not drain. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The place was fairly clean but not up to the expectations for the price.

Absolutely great customer service! The young man from India was a fantastic employee!! He was so helpful and made our stay extra special. Super busy weekend but still was welcoming!!

Comfortable bed. Room at top of stairs attributed to a lot of people running up and down the hall late night.
But the diner had good food and an amazing devils food cake

This hotel was really great! I was a little nervous when my company booked me here because some reviews in the past were negative. Apparently they have new owners and managers and I had a great stay! Clean, comfy, unique, good service & good food all inside the hotel; which I really like because I can do my paperwork at night with dinner and not have to go anywhere. There are a few things that need a little upkeep like the guest room doors are a little old and some fixtures like light switches were a bit outdated however, I wouldn't let that keep you from trying this place out. Beds were very comfortable, room was bright and fresh and I had a really great stay, nothing like some of the past review here. Even the night team at the front desk was helpful plus they had snacks / beverages for sale around the clock.

It was dirty with ants everywhere and hidden ant piles of dirt. Jacuzzi tub didn’t work properly
