Personnel très très très +++++ agréable et professionnel. Le petit dej et les repas . On est vraiment chez nous , peut pas dire mieux. Vous demandez vous l avez . Et le thé est super bon au golazocafe. Ma famille était contente ,et moi aussi. Le lieu pour moi quand je viens à Ankara

The location is very close to the center and everywhere. The rooms are very clean, luxurious and spacious. Even though it was an economy room, we felt at home. We didn't use it, but the kitchen utensils were very sufficient. The open buffet breakfast was ideal. The staff was friendly and attentive. If we come to Ankara again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. thanks for everything.

Excellent stay with honest and very kind staff. Yusuf was very helpful. We left our ear buds at our room and they reached out to let us know we had left it behind.

As a Tourist Guide, I see many hotels. However, family hotels of this quality that are not affiliated with a chain are very rare. Cleanliness, attention and breakfast are number 10. We went and stayed one night for the engagement, our visitors were able to use the rooms, and after the engagement, we sat and chatted with the crowd. I definitely recommend it.

This review is three stars due to fact that we were not given the room we booked & the hotel refused to give us a discount worth mentioning.
We booked the Grand Suite which was supposed to have 1x QueenBed, 2 x single beds, & a sofabed. (i believe this was a 2 bedroom apartstyle)
Upon arrival we were told that there was a problem with the washing machine so we were put in a different room. I worked out that this was a Deluxe Room as it was missing the two twin beds. Which means i was forced to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge room for 2 nights.
I asked the girl on the desk for a discount as i was not given the room i booked and she kept stating that the Grand room is normally charged at a much higher rate than what i was being charged for by ******* / Hotels. I told her this was not my problem and that was the rate i booked at. This conversation went on and on with no resolution. I asked her to speak to her manager. Upon check out i was given a discount $5.50 USD. I was well over it by that stage.
I did check through ********** as a comparison i could have gotten the 2 nights for about $33USD cheaper if i had booked the Deluxe Room. So I wasn’t happy about the situation. I either want the room i booked, or not to be over charged for something else.
Apart from that, the room was clean. Decent size. Washing machine. Clothes horse you can hang your washing on. Water pressure in the shower was good.
