Das Personal am Abend bei der Ankunft war erst freundlich, dann respektlos. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht. Vor Ort wollte er die zweite Person dennoch kassieren, obwohl wir ihm die Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt haben. Das Zimmer hatte kein Bad geschweigedenn eine Toilette. Uns wurde auch nicht gezeigt wo wir was finden! Der Herr und der Junge am Morgen waren sehr freundlich! Ich habe für 17€ keinen Luxus erwartet, allerdings würde ich für dieses Hotel keine 5€ bezahlen! Schade, aber auch diese Erfahrung muss man mal machen.

We were welcomed inside with a smile. It is a friendly hotel and a perfect value for money hotel. It has clean and useful rooms. Sheets and bed linen are changed daily. Transportation is easy, 10 minutes to central places. Thanks to Hamit, he took care of us very sincerely and cheerfully. No matter what time it was, the interest and attention was 10/10.
