I am not only satisfied but emotionally connected to the hotel and it’s staff for its exceptional service and kindness. Each person from the manager to the support staff all where excellent and caring. To mention a few names Anil the front desk manager to the support staff chef sarrif , chote mall, Sameer,mrinmoy all were very supportive at any hour of the day. My 82 years father felt sick and was supposed to be rushed to the hospital. From booking a cab to taking proper care of my father the entire staff helped which made me realise that humanity is the most important part which they served . Also the breakfast was good but they can still add more items . Rest a few renovation issues and housekeeping issues like the ac leakage and bathroom fittings should be addressed by the highest authorities . I had a pleasant stay and recommend this hotel to all who look forward for a peaceful holiday . Value for money .
