My stay at Yellow House was absolutely wonderful in every way the food, the rooms, and everything else were just as perfect as I had hoped. The reception staff, Nikhil, Caroline, and Ashish, as well as the restaurant team, especially Karan and Nikhil with their brightest smiles, were simply outstanding. Each and every one of them played a significant role in making my stay truly memorable. I’m already looking forward to visiting again next year!

Great heritage property to visit in Goa. Nicely greeted by Mr. Shikhar and Mr. Shubham, who were very informative about the property. Very courteous staff and great hospitality showcased by Ms. Ritika, Ms. Sayna, Ms. Caroline, and Mr. Ashish. Lastly, Mr. Nikhil was enthusiastic towards the service and had a good time at the bar.

The yellow house is really like a house feel. The food you consider or the vibe it is similar to our homes but with touch of extra seleqtion experience. Overall stay was good, would love to come back again with my friends next time. Staff is really sweet and helpful mentioning Nikhil, Ashish, Ritika from the reception, even Ashish from the fnb too, suryajit and siddesh from housekeeping, and not forgetting narayan from the pool. Overall just they all just add up to the homely warmth experience.

Being a hotel by reputed Taj Group itself shows how they care for superior service and customers really enjoyed my stay there. It's a beautiful property one must visit.

I’m a loyal patron of this hotel chain and have stayed at several of their properties over the years — always with a great experience. Unfortunately, this particular property was well below the standard I’ve come to expect. The room lacked basic upkeep and didn’t feel clean or welcoming. Service was indifferent, and attention to detail was clearly missing. What stood out most was the overall lack of warmth and efficiency — something that usually defines this brand. Most unfortunate was - Hotel was hosting a conference at the same time we were staying and the high-tea was held at the pool-side. I wonder who is comfortable to walk around in swim suits with 20 men clad in formals taking a break and looking at women at the pool. The hotel should have made alternate arrangements or at the least informed us beforehand. Even upon request the venue was not changed the next day. Highly disappointed! A basic hospitality expectation from Tatas has been the concern and warmth which was missing from the Staff at the front desk. My daughter’s friend was unwell, running high fever. Even upon request of extension on checkout time, the request was not entertained. To worsen it, the lame excuse of the particular wing undergoing maintenance (of 10/12rooms) was provided. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency within the same chain.

The stay was really comfortable, the property is really beautiful and liked the villa concept. The staff is really amazing met Ashish from reception really appreciative, very welcoming and was crisp with all the information about the property. Ritika was also really polite during the stay. The food, the ambience is really good here. It does feel home away from home.
