The pictures are not bad, but the reality is disappointing. Very old hotel that won’t make you enjoy your stay. The ac in the room is not cold enough and the fan is too loud.

Kia inn is a great hotel with Anjuna beach, famous restaurants and Anjuna market a few minutes walk away. Very convenient location. Bike and car rentals are available which was helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. It served it’s purpose and was cost effective. Breakfast was included. I would book again.

By Goan standards, it is generally the best in its price range. I have been to Goa more than 5 times, there is something to compare with. The bed is just super comfortable, the mattress is like a cloud) the breakfast is not bad, you can have a clean snack. The water in the pool was cleaned twice in our presence, it was a pleasure to swim. The staff is very polite. One of the downsides is that it’s far from the sea, but without a bike in Goa it’s generally boring.

Came for honeymoon. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and did an amazing arrangement. 👏 Before flying to goa. I made the booking and call them for room decoration and airport pickup. Staff was so friendly that they took my last minute request ND did an amazing job. Even the airport pickup went so smoothly. Only negative thing they need to work upon. For checkout, they make plenty of calls and room knocks even when they were told about checkout time. It's kinda irritating
