房間非常的乾淨整潔，而且舒適温馨，跟我女朋友住的非常舒服。特別是洗澡的熱水水量大而且温度可調節範圍大，還有浴缸可以泡澡，總之特別推薦過來居住。另外值得提出的就是管家服務！像我們的管家韓佳樂先生就特別細心！去之前提前加vx告知我酒店的位置情況，到酒店時會提前來接我們。有什麼不懂的問題和不瞭解的地方我都會問小韓，他也是想盡辦法一一耐心的回答！真的很推薦大家來遊玩

房間很大很乾凈，面朝花林，可惜花沒開，不然一定更漂亮
出行前一天管家朱華濤提前和我聯繫，幫忙升級了房間，全程都一直關心我們是不是有需求，還會主動提出我們沒想到的需求
樂園有部分在裝修，不是旺季，人不是很多，遊樂設施的工作人員態度都很好，體驗感還是很好的
還有萌寵樂園，不是很大，小小孩玩足夠了

環境各方面非常滿意，特別感謝小韓管家，非常貼心，給沏了蜂蜜水，還給準備了水果，還有足夠沏茶的礦泉水，下次還會入住
如果糾結民宿還是度假酒店，建議選這裏，民宿是個人老闆自建房，存在隔音不好，房間不夠乾淨整潔，服務不夠及時，尤其是夜裡，且大部分都是擺拍的照片
像這樣的度假酒店有24小時專業的服務人員，床品乾淨，房間寬敞整潔，使用洗護配套齊全，這次的選擇非常明智

第一次有酒店會有管家來服務，酒店裡面有温泉和小童遊樂場，非常的適合帶小朋友出來玩，我們的管家朱華濤非常的熱心，也非常的有責任心，我們提早到酒店，管家就幫我們安排好行程，早飯晚飯時間也會提醒我們，還幫我們準備了小童沐浴露之類的，非常的好

這次已經是第二次來嘉樂比了，又是非常滿意的一次入住。首先感謝管家蘭波，反饋迅速、服務貼心，聽説小朋友喜歡浴缸泡澡還幫忙升級了房間。現在處於旅遊淡季，樂園很多地方也在改造，但對於幼兒園小朋友完全夠了。工作人員熱情，酒店房間乾淨，遊玩體驗豐富，遊樂設備穩定。就拿“坑爹車”舉例，在其他樂園都是擺設性項目，嘉樂比是將這個項目維護的最好的一家。比起上次來玩增加了很多遊藝項目，過山車，大擺錘，大型海盜船，對於大人也很有意思。下次等小朋友大點，樂園改造好了還會再來的，也很推薦大家來遛娃。

房間設施很新，衞生也到位，整個酒店環境綠樹圍繞，錯落有致，酒店工作人員的服務都很熱情主動，全部都是微笑服務，包括保潔阿姨和接駁車司機，尤其我們這次入住全程負責的管家小坤帥哥，提前一天就聯繫我告知酒店，温泉，遊樂場的各項服務內容及細節，還為我家申請一位小童早餐，並延遲了退房時間，給你一個五星贊👍🏻
