位於天荒坪中路、人民路，樓下兩條街全是吃吃喝喝、還有衣物店，挨着商場和樓下是超市，生活便利。
房間佈局合理，乾濕分離。床鋪軟硬兼施，舒適度不錯，隔音效果尚好。傢俱較少，設施老舊，電視機屏幕小，熱水水壓小。桌面、衞浴玻璃有灰塵，自己得擦抹一遍。停車位緊張。

挺好的。還升級了親子房。房間很大，空調也挺得勁。停車也方便，就是商場的地下停車場，有停車券掃碼領。樓下就是商業街，樓層高也很安靜。

消費降級以後，出行一般都選華住，亞朵，最近天氣好，帶小朋友去中南百草園，覺得市中心方便就在九州昌碩附近歇腳，因為是臨時定，全季居然要五百多，翻了近三倍，隔壁萬怡也才五百多。路過的時候看到美林大酒店標識很明顯，價錢也便宜，就盲選了這家
但是裝修老舊帶來的問題是設施陳舊，地板破了居然就蓋了塊地毯敷衍了事
住在十五樓，雖然窗户有限位器，但是打開的一瞬間看到沒有任何防護措施還是有點心驚
幹區濕區空間足夠大但是設備太破了，花灑出水量太小了，夜裡還會有莫名的排水聲音，半夜聽到被嚇醒
六樓餐廳外面倒是有個大露台，還有滑滑梯，環境看着不錯，就是早餐也敷衍，品類少就不説，蒸點都不熱，澆頭也沒什麼可選
問前台要水挺不屑的説沒有，又找補説你問一下客服部，致電詢問説三塊錢一瓶，還好樓下就有超市，五塊錢一點五升，這年頭住店喝水居然還要收錢
