Excellent and friendly service full excellent accommodations from the swimming pools to the spa and the food was delicious

Wonderful ambience, fabulous food, nice pleasant wine. Brilliant hospitality. Seafront restaurant fantastic, Apthrodite and staff so very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Great bar service too. Thoroughly recommend

As a 5 star all inclusive virgin maybe my opinion should be read in context, but I think caring is a Greek word. Specially the staff at the Delphinia bar seem always kind, helpful and understanding about what a customer needs.. I feel they would even be ready to do my taxes if I would ask them.. Kudos guys !

The vibe for the whole hotel is great. The employees always smiling and welcoming. Delphinia baristas especially Maria always smiling and give the feeling that this you your house and she's a part of the family. Thanks

On arrival we were given a free upgrade to one of the "Dimitra Suites" which was a joining room that had access to a private pool shared by others. ROOM: Nice and clean with housekeeping offering to clean rooms twice a day. Spacious with plenty of space to store your belongings. Safe is free to use, just create a PIN once and it will stick! ENTERTAINMENT: In all honestly the Entertainment isn't really good. Nothing really lively, your just better off watching TV in your room getting an early night. ACCESSIBILITY: If you have anyone who has any mobility issues I would recommend keeping cautious when visiting Royal Mare. Everywhere you go even outside the Hotel is uphill so you will break a sweat. Not really ideal for those who may struggle to walk. Only advantage is when your at Reception or your Room you can order a Buggy to take you around the Resort which is a nice touch. FOOD: Plenty of different Resturants you can try. We tried booking the Italian one however it was fully booked for the entire Week. Personally on your 1st/2nd day here I would try to book them asap. One of the resturants had a wait time up to 3 days just to make a reservation which sucks. It does not make sense because when you walk past them they don't seem to be operating at capacity. My mum has Celiac meaning she is Gluten intollerent. In addition she is Vegatarian (NO EGG). In the Main Resturant below Reception she struggled to eat anything due to the lack of options. They had a Sous Chef who you had to Call for in order to make you Food at Lunch or Evening Dinner. Just an FYI when Calling the Sous Chef make sure you ask one of the Staff Members in the actual Main Resturant NOT AT THE ENTRANCE. This is because only certain Staff can call for him which meant one night my Mum couldn't eat anything as it wasn't communicated to him. Another issue we had with the Buffet is the Food isn't labelled poorly. So you had to call for the Sous Chef to take you around to observe the Gluten Free options. I don't understand why this can't be put on the Labels which would save time and make life easier for everyone. Coming away from the Gluten subject the actual Buffet itself is very limited with hardly anything to offer. They have a habit of mixing Foods together which don't even make sense. People who leave good reviews about the Food must be Salad eaters as the Hot Food options were very poor. We only had one night which the Food was decent. Being critical because Food is a key part of your stay and unfortunately this Hotel's Food options weren't great. BEACH: The Beach is literally located right outside the Hotel and it was lovely. Plenty of Sunbeds available and space to roam free. Near the Water its quite rocky so just be cautious when going into the Sea. AREA: When coming outside the Hotel there isn't really much nearby. There is a SPAR Supermarket which is roughly 15-20 minute walk. As mentioned previously everything is uphill. A couple of Car and Bike rental places. Hotel

Beautiful place, like being in paradise, we had a suite with our own private pool right on the beach. Stunning views. Staff are all very friendly and will go above and beyond especially love Maria at the pool bar, nothing is too much for her, she is a fabulous lady and exceptional at her job. We will definitely be returning.
