Facilities: This is a point deduction item. The air conditioner took three repairs before it was repaired, and it leaked for three days. I laid out several towels in the middle of the night and my suitcase got wet.
Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, cleaned every day, but some swimming pools feel like they have just been painted, and swimsuits will stick to the body, and it will be difficult to wash off if they stick to the soles of the feet.
Environment: The environment is very good, the beach is right in the resort.
Service: Every employee serves with a smile and has a good attitude.
The several restaurants reserved in the catering section are all delicious, but the buffet breakfast and lunch are a bit the same.
All-inclusive is highly recommended! All three meals and drinks are provided, which is very cost-effective.

We spent 10 nights in Knossos Royal and it really is a magical place, the setting is beautiful and the hotel itself is very well laid out and maintained. The food was exceptional, the best all inclusive food I've experienced. There was plenty of variety, dishes were well presented and everything was very tasty. Baklava was a particular favourite of mine and up to now I never liked this sweet, Knossos Royal changed my mind. We tried each of the four separate restaurants, all were excellent with the taverna being our particular favourite. The staff of Knossos Royal were all superb, professional, friendly and without exception a delight to deal with. They are a credit to the hotel, making our stay highly enjoyable and stress free ♥️. I had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Knossos Royal in Crete. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly and professional team. The hotel is stunning, perfectly maintained, with lush gardens, beautiful pools, and breathtaking views of the sea. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure my comfort. The food was a real highlight: varied, delicious buffets with fresh, local ingredients, and a staff that was always attentive and kind. The hotel, its services and amenities are fabulous. The staff is really friendly, polite and they really cared about us. The room where we were living was comfortable and beautiful. Every meal in the restaurants was delicious and the drinks of their bars were fresh and nice. The hotel by its self it's in a gorgeous place surrounded by sea with bright sunsets. I would definitely recommend it.

Just returned from a 9-night stay at Knossos Royal Resort. While the room was a bit dated with a small balcony (hence 4 stars), this resort is perfect for couples and families seeking a relaxing getaway. The resort is impeccably clean, from the lobby to the beach. The rocky beach makes entry into the sea a bit tricky, but the view is stunning, especially from the seafront rooms with private pools. The food was excellent, with fresh options at the self-service restaurant and top-notch service at the Mediterranean, Greek, and Italian à la carte restaurants. Breakfast at the VIP beach bar was a highlight, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. A big shout-out to all the staff for being welcoming, polite, and making this one of the friendliest hotels I've stayed in.

Had the worst experience last night, the main bar had a DJ playing music, he should have been aware of his audience,, between 40-60 year olds, yet he played music suitable for a party in Malia for teens..crazy and way too loud.shame on you.

Had a lovely photoshoot with Cristian, it was very nice experience, Cristian made it fun and easy even with us having a small child. Photos turned out lovely 🤍 Cristian has a fun and easy going personality and it was a pleasure to have him as a photographer. Totally recommend booking a session
