We stayed for 5 nights, 2 adults with 2 kids (ages 4 & 8 years old), I highly recommend this Resort, it was a perfect vacation for my family. With Very high standard of staff and facilities, Everyone was very nice, smiling and open for conversation. Every night they hosted different shows at two locations, our kids enjoyed all the shows, they were waiting the whole day for the evening shows even if we traveled the city all day long at some days. There are Multiple and different pools with open bars, that serves draft beer, smoothies, soft and alcoholic beverages, multiple & different cocktails included, also serving Italian pizza and French crepe all day long. The resort is very clean, the food is good, they have multiple and different restaurants you can call and reserve, instead of going to the buffet at the main restaurant, which is refreshing. There you have different menus for adults and kids, just like in any restaurants, you get, starter, main course and dessert. Its located at a perfect spot with a private beach. You actually have no need to get out of this resort, it weren't just us, all the families looked very happy and satisfied. We Will be back for sure (Israel)

To give the gist of this stay. The team is going way and above to make a guest pleased. Started upon arrival, when they did anything possible to get us a room a head of time. Then a simple query about the food, made them offer so many options. In general Food in main restaurant, a la carte restaurants and the Pizza, Giros, Crepe and hamburgers were amazing. The drinks at the bars were super, and so was the service. The animation team is very energetic, and yet respectful of a guest’s space and privacy. Special thanks to Rania and Vaggelis for helping us in the restaurant with our son who suffers from allergies. Thanks to Luca the creative Italian chef, who cooks 4 types of pasta every day (the aglio olio with jalapeño peppers will not be forgotten). Many thanks to the amazing Stella, she is a real star, like her name suggests. Sorry for the names I have forgotten. And hope to see you all next time.

Lovely room with a large terrace out the back in the sun. Very attentive staff and clean rooms. Food was really great, and definitely book the restaurants for a more exclusive feel. Really great value for money. Everything was very clean including the pools. Could always get a seat round the pool and the beach (early may travel).

We moved to this hotel after staying 3 days in the Minos Imperial luxury beach resort which was hell on earth, the previous hotel should of been 5 star luxury but this hotel the Mitsis super exceeds it hands down on every level, cleanliness, facilities, service, quality and choice if food, location absolutely in every way. Highly recommend the Mitsis group they definitely go above and beyond. Stay here you won’t be disappointed

This hotel made our holiday - it is an incredible place. It's very clean and well kept, the rooms are a good size and have everything you could need in them. The cleaners come and restock the fridges every other day which is great and towels etc are refreshed everyday. The staff there couldn't have been friendlier, always on hand to talk to you or play a game or two in the recreational area. The ladies who run the on site shops were so kind and helpful. They were definitely favourites of ours, always going out of their way to help us anyway they could. The waiters and barstaff again were incredibly friendly and creative with drinks. Popi at the pool bar was so lovely and kind. The pools are so much fun, with something for everyone and the beach is gorgeous, it's a more rocky beach than sandy, but that was perfect for us. Honestly everything about our stay was perfect. My one and only gripe would be that I have a nut allergy, and found frequently the restaurant hadn't labelled the foods and there was a lot of cross contamination. Luckily I'm not severely allergic so whilst it gave me some mild reactions, it wasn't too severe. But that would be my one and only "issue", it didn't take anything away from the hotel for us though.

Food was really good in Thalassa Restaurant, especially the octopus salad was amazing. Asi, Yiuoli and George were really nice and accommodating.

We want to thank you for a wonderful holiday. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Excellent food, clean beach, pools and surroundings. Plenty of sunbeds. Excellent animation team led by Marco, we enjoyed the pool work out and music quiz the most. We would like to come back next year, please have more dumbbells of different weights in the gym (15 - 30 kg).
