Instalações antigas, necessitando muito de manutenção/reforma. Staff completamente inexperiente e sem conhecimento sobre o hotel e instalações, resultando em demora no check in. Nenhuma acessibilidade para carrinhos de bebê e/ou pessoas com problema de mobilidade - escadas e mais escadas, nenhum tipo de rampa ou elevadores.

Hotel esta em plena decadencia,ja fui outras vezes e superei alguns problemas,dessa vez superou tudo.a comida e pessima,o cafe da manhã muito fraco,o restaurante abre mais nao tem refeicoes,a recreação era excelente, hj em dia a recreadora nao cumpre a programacao e some,a gerente e muito educada,mais nada resolve.o quarto entao e simplesmente apavoroso.nunca mais voltarei,ferias de aborrecimento.

Quarto muito ruim tudo engatilhado,registros caindo uma prateleira de vidro dentro do box caiu durante o banho da minha filha cotou os dedos nos cacos,ar condicionado de janela só funciona a ventilação não gela,Tv com apenas 3 canais, optamos pela pensão completa porém era servido a lá carte porém só tinha 3 opções e não foi não nos deram direito do almoço nem no check in 14:00hs e nem no check out as 12:00hs.
Valor pago compatível de resorts ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Não recomendo

Satisfatório
Paguei estadia para três dias mas saí no segundo dia por causa da chuva.
minha contratação de acomodação era suíte luxo ( a melhor) porém fui colocado no apto 111 que é sem condições de acomodação, totalmente velho, cheirando mofo e cheio de uns insetos parecendo minhocas andando e infestando o quarto, fui obrigado a pedir a troca no dia seguinte e fui atendido e mudamos para o quarto standard 148 ( inferior mas reformado e de melhor qualidade e aparência onde pude ter uma melhor noite de sono e descanso.
As áreas do hotel são muito boas, a localização excelente e os funcionários muito atenciosos tentando resolver da melhor forma possível.
