estivemos em 2 famílias durante 3 dias, uma das famílias adquiriu a pensão completa e a minha não. Ao chegar no hotel na parte da tarde sentamos na piscina e pedimos o cardápio, foi pedido um omelete o garçom anotou o pedido. E logo em seguida retornou dizendo q iria tirar o pedido novamente somente com as bebidas, pois na pensão completa os lanches TB estavam inclusos. Ficamos surpresos, pois havíamos entendido que daria direito somente as refeições, então eu achei q seria mais vantagem tendo em vista q estávamos com crianças e como a janta era bem tarde, provavelmente eles iriam querer lanchar nesses intervalos. me dirigi a recepção e solicitei a troca e assim foi feito. TDS os dias pedimos lanches a tarde. A surpresa veio no check out, onde os lanches foram cobrados. E msm explicando TD situação, a resposta q tivemos era que o garçom era novo... mas como assim?? A pessoa trabalha no local, passa uma informação errada e o hóspede que sai prejudicado? na recepção disseram que nada poderiam fazer que precisa entrar em contato com a central de reservas. A msm agiu da msm maneira, ou seja, contratam, não treinam o funcionário de forma adequada e que se dane o hóspede. Pois diante da informação que recebemos, não nos preocupamos e aí vem uma fatura com valores super altos ( um misto 30,00, porção de pastel 44,00) que somos obrigados a pagar.Certamente se soubéssemos disso, não teríamos consumido. Tirando também a situação no meu banheiro onde iniciou uma goteira no teto que foi necessário trocar de quarto. Fica o alerta para quem se hospedar....

Hospitalidade péssima. Atraso nos horários das refeições. Comida mal preparada e as vezes crua. Colaboradores perdidos e mal treinados. Sem atividades para família. Não volto mais. Existem opções melhores e com atendimento muito superior

Great hotel with amazing views room was big big and super clean internet was flawless ,breakfast was feast for Gods but really really the staff were just awesome from the reception desk to restaurant to pool bar to the manager Renata they made our stay especial the only thing that I would recomend is to add some more brazilian art to make it little more colourful THANK YOU again

Um pouco de decepção
Muito boa, porém identificado fezes de pequenos animais em duas camas. Banheiro com problemas na abertura dos chaveiros, ad piscinas muito sujas a ponto de não aproveitar para tomar banho, Café da manhã muito fraco, bem básico.
Para o valor cobrado o hotel não entrega o mínimo aos seus hóspedes
