A volte l'apparenza inganna, esteticamente niente da dire ma sul servizio molto da dire... problemi al check in, pulizia camere non ideale, servizio bar scadente, insonorizzazione assente e solo un tipo di caffè a colazione (a pagamento tutti gli altri tipi). Si salva solo il manager della sala ristorante, davvero professionale e cordiale.

Despite the aesthetic and modern appearance of the facilities, we did not think that the distribution of spaces inside our suite was well achieved: the room was small in relation to the bed. You would almost be stuck between the bed and the wardrobe.

Staff - very helpful and friendly: Beatriz and Tânia, reception. Breakfast girl with braces whose name I forgot, sorry. Cleaning staff, the apartment was immaculate and I walked around in dark socks to prove it. Breakfast - a lot, but very weak for a 4 ☆. There were no crepes or pancakes, poorly cooked scrambled eggs, no other egg options, burnt mushrooms, no sausage, low-fat milk or unsalted butter. There was only so-called "normal" coffee, there was no cappuccino, hot chocolate, teas with little variety... however, there was gluten-free milk and yogurt for those who are intolerant, which is great. Hard bread with little variety. In terms of fruit, weak and lots of sweets (leftovers from New Year's Eve dinner). There was only ham, mini fresh cheeses and Flemish cheese. Varieties of juice, but they should be stirred more often, pay attention, as the pulp was all at the bottom in some flavors. Signage - very bad in general. At breakfast, I didn't even see her, so neither in Portuguese nor in English. Arrows indicating where the apartments are, non-existent. To access them, it was via the street and often, they didn't even have a ramp. Image of a rainy day, with luggage... After becoming interested in the accommodation, I had doubts about certain parameters and decided to send an email with my doubts. It took them 3 days to respond, at my insistence in a 2⁰ email. Inadmissible! It's beautiful to see the customer arriving and the receptionists well seated and dressed up. We are not at home watching Netflix and it is rude to serve a customer or anyone sitting in a hotel. It's cold, buy thermal shirts and wear them under your uniform. I didn't see the name of whoever assisted me, the blanket was covered, but it was unfriendly and it seemed like they were sending me a fee. Dear receptionist, I wish I could be there for New Year's Eve, working in tourism is any day and you just have to go and your bad mood leaves you in bed when you get up. I asked for an apartment, because dinner (previously brought from home) had to be heated and as there was a washing machine and we had eaten seafood, it was the least I could do, as the smell became intense. Where was the washer tablet? I had to call reception to have them come and bring it. The website said: coffee maker with tea, instant coffee and sugar. The coffee maker was there and the rest? They brought it in their hands, not even in the so-called crockery container for that purpose. That's why they exist, to be used. Room/apartment - small, but very tidy and comfortable. The sofa in the living room is very hard, small and of poor quality. It didn't need it, but there should have been a microwave. Here is the suggestion. Toilet - bucket lid broken. There is no necessity. I bought a new one, it looks bad and shows neglect. It's a duxe, but in an apartment it could be a duxe bath, it would just better complement the type of accommodation in question, but the works are also done. It was a disappointment in many ways, I don't recommend it, I won't be returning and it should be a 3, not a 4☆.

Wonderful hotel. The team was super helpful from the moment of booking until the end of our stay. The rooms are comfortable and very well cleaned. Very good breakfast. Hotel with parking which was an added value for us. I recommend

Multiple inefficiencies: They didn't keep a reservation for me and three days became two. The third bed of a triple room had a broken mattress and you couldn't sleep on it and the hotel didn't fix it. In a double room the bathroom flooded and the hotel did not resolve it. Rude staff. Good breakfast. The high cost is not worth it.

Between 0 and 4, I put 2. 0 because a toilet in the room must be accessible for all sizes, even more so for a person of 1m80 - 80kg. You either had to sit at a 90 degree angle or have your knees up against the shower screen. If I had seen the problem before settling in or had stayed more than one night, I would have demanded a change of room. 4 is the rating I would have given for all the services. The hotel is in very good condition, the decoration matches the photos. Breakfast is very well stocked with cakes, a little less salty. The room was small, but ok for an overnight stay. Parking is a significant plus. The location is very good.
