Hôtel testé lors d'une formation. Salle de formation mal équipée, les 2 tiers des chaises défoncées, climatiseur très bruyant. Personnel peu aimable avec des réflexions désobligeantes envers les stagiaires et les formateurs. Lumière des toilettes défectueuse et non remplacée. Je déconseille vivement.

Nous devions y séjourner pour 2 nuits. Nous avons eu notre vol annulé. Nous avons contacté l’établissement pour savoir si il était possible de transformer la réservation en avoir (car nous serons amenés à retourner sur Angoulême régulièrement). Refus de la personne qui m’a répondu. Donc au final week-end annulé à cause des grèves et aucune compréhension de l’établissement. Dommage ….

déçu - on réserve avec parking et pas de place - on a trouvé quand même plus loin. Dans la chambre une serviette de bain usagée pendu derrière la porte. Confort très moyen de la literie et bruit sur la rue. Pas de Clim et un ventilateur très très moyen Petit déjeuner correct

Appréhension à l'arrivée due à la situation géographique sur un rond point face à pont très fréquenté aux heures de pointe MAIS BONNE SURPRISE AUCUN BRUIT A L’INTÉRIEUR DE LA CHAMBRE ! Accueil chaleureux , hôtesses dévouées ! Très appréciable, de qualité le menu traiteur proposé à prix très abordable ! Autre très bonnes surprises, chambre très propre ainsi que salle d'eau douche sans moisissure (TRÈS RARE ) compliments au personnel chargé de l'entretien ! Accessible personne mobilité réduite ! Si besoin nous y retournerons MERCI au personnel

Accueil sympathique. Chambre spacieuse propre, mais vieillottes Salle de bain moderne. Facilité pour se garer à 10 minutes du centre-ville en voiture. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Chambre très bruyante par le bruit de l’intérieur, porte chasse d’eau, douche et femme de ménage des 7h du matin
