Paper thin walls. Can hear guests talking from 2 units away. Guests arguing in carpark 5am. Toilet not clean. Entry door constantly jamming...making it difficult for access. Highly never stay there again.

La ubicación es top y te dan para entrar en un complejo deportivo aunque quien va de ruta a la Ocean Great Road no creo que diga bueno va vamos a hacer un poco de gym Lo que no me gustó fue Habitación muy antigua en la cual entramos, había hormigas por los cubiertos, tazas, azúcar, platos y demás, así que un poco asqueroso porque si es una o dos pues dices que es algo casual pero había demasiadas y en la ducha la mampara estaba rota y no rodaba con posibilidad de caerse, un poco desastre Aparte tiene piscina pero estaba tela de sucia que no la limpian y un pequeño jacuzzi pero estaba peor que la piscina de sucia

Decor is a little dated but it's in good condition and comfortable with everything you need and in a great location right opposite the river and the walking track

The family apartment was very very disappointing particularly in terms of cleanliness. A single bed had been slept in but the sheets hadn’t been changed, there were ants in the bed, blood on a bed cushion, the apartment smelt like cigarettes and an empty packet was found in an un-emptied bin. We ended up one room short as a result. The after hours help gave us access to another room for somewhere to sleep but it was not a pleasant stay. Look at other alternatives. Good location but wouldn’t stay again.

Take your own pillow cases unless you like the smell of other people.
Also bring ear plugs as the sound of snoring from the room next door is like its right next to you. If that doesnt tickle your fancy the AM frequency randomly kicking off from the 1972 radio at 2am surely will.
Definitely over priced for what it is.

Location was great just on the Great Ocean Road. Carpet was badly stained and the bathroom looking a bit tired. There was a weird wooden frame enclosing the bed mattress that was also stained and looked incomplete - very odd. The rest was very clean and comfortable.
