Everything is amazing however I would make sure to communicate with the Host prior to arrival so you can get access to the property.
Typically when you're traveling you have limited access to the internet and cell phone therefore it's better to secure the access code before arrival.
However the responsiveness of Marie was outstanding period the breakfast that was brought the next morning was phenomenal.

Spent a lovely one night stay at this property in Angers last June. Marie was warm, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, lovely little touches of hairdryer, bathroom goodies, water and small but well equipped kitchen area. Location was brilliant, just next to a lovely church and an easily walkable route into the restaurants and bars area. Breakfast was just next door and fabulous. Would def stay here again! Just one negative, be careful of the parking, it was free overnight but remember to pay the fee in the morning.

Logis in a great position opposite the church. Comfortable room with facilities for preparing a snack. Excellent breakfast provided with plenty of choice and the freshest of bread.. What makes this place special, however, is the welcome from the owner.

You cannot go wrong with this beautiful little bed and breakfast. It has a great location, walking distance to all that’s worth seeing. It is impeccably kept - cleanliness 10/10. Our host Marie was so friendly and helpful. We arrived by car. Street parking was plentiful and not too expensive. There is even a small lot in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!!!!

Chambre très confortable, bien aménagée. Malheureusement, bien que situé dans un quartier résidentiel d’Angers, du côté normalement calme du boulevard, la rue est plutôt passante et bruyante jusqu’à minuit passé et des 6 h le matin.
Enfin et bien que sur la réservation, il est indiqué que le petit déjeuner est inclus, il n’y a rien de prévu sur place. Le local d’accueil était fermé à clé et aucun personnel n’était présent dans l’établissement à 8 h, heure à laquelle nous avons cherché la salle de petit déjeuner. A l’intérieur de la chambre, il y avait pourtant une photo représentant un buffet de petit déjeuner. Mais aucun horaire du service petit déjeuner ne figure nulle part ce qui laisse à penser que ce service n’existe pas ou n’existe plus

Excellent accueil. Excellente nuit. Logis situé à proximité du centre ville, du jardin du mail, du palais des congrès, bref une excellente situation. Petit déjeuner très très généreux. Marie est bienveillante et apporte un service de qualité.
