Très bel hôtel d’époque bien restauré et idéalement placé près du centre ville. Chambres joliment décorées avec une très bonne literie. Accueil souriant et sympathique. Parking public a proximité. On recommande. Un plus : un tout petit parking dans la cour.

très bon accueil à l'hôtel du Mail à Angers. Bel hôtel très bien situé au cœur du centre historique. Visite du Château et de la très belle tapisserie de l'Apocalypse. Ville très agréable et très vivante.

This place is TIRED- obviously Angers is a tourist town and probably not a lot of repeat visitors- The decor is cheap and the halls have a red and black theme and look old, poorly done in the first place and just tacky. The towels are gray and thin and in short supply- The bathroom had hot water but not a proper shower (sit in the tub with hand held)- On the good side, it's well located to tour Angers for a couple of days with parking on site. The breakfasts, while boring (with stale hard boiled eggs the only option other than yogurt and bread ) the coffee was very good and the woman working in the breakfast room was friendly (front staff was at times unfriendly) -in all it was a very 'just ok' place that felt kind yucky- would not stay again.

L'hôtel est certes agréable, et bien placé. Cependant, il gagnerait à améliorer son service client. J'ai fait une réservation de groupe (10 chambres sur les 25 que comptent l'hôtel, pour 2 nuits consécutives) pour un événement professionnel. J'ai libéré 2 chambres, suite à des annulations de dernière minute, et mon interlocuteur à l'hôtel m'a expliqué que s'il ne relouait pas les chambres, il nous les facturerait, ce qui me semble normal (et fait partie des CGV). Puis j'ai rappelé à 22h30, car il nous fallait une chambre en urgence pour la nuit. Et on me répond que l'hôtel est complet. J'en conclus donc, que la chambre ne me sera pas facturée. Eh bien si ! Parce que la personne à qui la chambre avait été relouée ne s'est pas présentée !!! Et aucune négociation possible, l'hôtelier arguant du fait qu'il est dans son droit... ce qui est vrai, mais pas sympathique du tout ! Une belle déception, mais je suppose que l'hôtel a assez de client, pour ne pas avoir à s'encombrer de bien les traiter ! Surtout un client professionnel...

Hôtel indépendant avec un vrai charme à la française, comme on les aime. Chambres à la décoration variée et récente. Accueil très sympathique et dynamique. Situation de l'hôtel idéale pour rejoindre le cœur de ville à 5 min à pied. Le parking est assuré par l hôtel façon voiturier et c est très bien et efficace à condition d anticiper un peu, biensur. Je recommande fortement.
