Parfait . Personnel top . Chambres fonctionnelles et joliment aménagées . À l’accueil, un book de bonnes adresses de restauration pertinent réalisé par une de nos hôtesses . Parking accessible directement par l’ascenseur . À 10 minutes de la place du ralliement , place festive de la ville avec de nombreux restaurants intéressants.

A l'occasion d'un week-end en famille (11 chambres louées quand même !) l'accueil s'est très bien passé, il faut néanmoins réclamer pour avoir 2 clés par chambre. Le hall et les parties communes sont un peu defraichis, mais les chambres sont correctes et propres. Nous avons été surclassés, en chambre privilège, avec boissons gratuites (sans alcool) peignoirs et chaussons. Chambre très calme, donnant sur le jardin des plantes, literie de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, mets salés et sucrés, salle agréable.

The hotel has a secure underground car park for 15 EUR per night, and we were emailed the access code a day or so before our arrival. This meant we could drive straight in when we arrived. There is a lift from the car park to the ground floor, then another lift to the bedrooms. Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, chair and table, tea/coffee facilities, mini-fridge and last but not least, a view of the Jardin des Plantes. As a result, the room was very quiet. The breakfast room on the ground floor also had a view of the Jardin. The breakfast choice was excellent. The hotel is around 5-10 mins walk to the city centre, also there is a tram stop outside. Highly recommnded for a trip to Angers.

Ongeïnteresseerd personeel dat op geen enkele wijze met gasten met wenst te denken. Beklagen bij het management helpt niets want die reageren met dezelfde lakse houding en zeggen als afsluiting dat ze je weer hopen te begroeten. Fool me once she on you. fool me twice.....

Desçu par ce soit disant 4 étoiles qui en aucun cas ne les vaut. Refus de visiter une chambre, obligation de payer à notre arrivée, réceptionniste froide et désagréable. Petite chambre, vieillotte et aucun produit d’accueil que peut proposer un 4 étoiles. Tarif excessif que se soit pour le parking, le chien et la chambre… Il est évident que plus jamais je ne mettrai un pied dans cet établissement ! A fuir !!!!

Manque… des peignoirs, des produits d’accueils… écran de télé de 50cm c’est un peu juste, le room service bocaux le samedi et le dimanche… lit confortable chambre propre et bien insonorisée, réception accueillante…
