Nous connaissons cet hôtel depuis des années. Hôtel de charme, jolies chambres, très bien placé, personnel agréable. Malheureusement les prestations ne sont plus au niveau : ascenseur en panne, non indiqué avant l’arrivée, nous savions que notre chambre n’avait pas la Clim et pour cause, elle est en panne depuis des mois. Le pb est qu’elle se déclenchait quand même, sans rafraîchir, mais très bruyamment, nous empêchant de dormir. Un technicien est intervenu sans succès, mais, renseignements pris, nous n’étions pas les premiers à nous en plaindre. Non respect du panneau « ne pas déranger » par les femmes de ménage :(

Very comfortable bed, near the centre of Angers ( a short walk across the road), nice breakfast, very nice restaurant managed by friendly and efficient manager (lady). Secure underground garage a few doors away. Angers very interesting and buzzing.

j'ai reservé, cet hotel, sans avoir visualisé avant les chambres et l'immeuble. j'ai été très surpris de me retrouver dans un batiment ancien, avec une déco mosaiques et des vitraux. hotel cossu, très confortable et très agréable. de plus il est parfaitement positionné en centre ville. je recommande fortement cet établissement

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de salle de sport. Pas de chausson d'hotel pour la chambre. Pas de possibilité de manger un encas au restaurant en dehors des horaires "normaux" et pas d'omelette pour le petit déjeuner. Ressemble plus à un 3 étoile plus qu'ç un 4 étoiles!
