Good location within walking distance of every place i needed to go. Staff was pleasant and effective. There is no elevator -- access to rooms above the ground floor is by staircase.

The staff cleaned the room and were very friendly. They didn't ask for a tip, so I had a very comfortable stay. The security at the front desk was also very nice. The facilities are old, so the showers don't have hot water and the water pressure is often weak. It's a shame that there is no hair dryer or kettle. There was no problem with Wi-Fi. The restaurant across the street, JETHRO'S NOOK, where you can play billiards, was delicious and empty, so it was comfortable.
