Vincent Resort and Hotel

We have checked in twice now, the room we were given was good, we checked in on April 19-20. I was disappointed with the room we were given😔 it seemed standard😌

advantage 1⃣️There is an airport shuttle to the attraction. You can make an appointment with the counter for the shuttle bus 2⃣️The service is very good and will help take the luggage to the second floor 3⃣️Excellent attitude, especially the driver is really great 4⃣️There is a water dispenser on the first floor 5⃣️Grab is very good for delivery 6⃣️The room is very large and there is a KTV billiard room, bar and swimming pool on the first floor 7⃣️Ten minutes walk to the street, there are McDonald's and jollibee fast food restaurants shortcoming 1⃣️There is no elevator and the stroller has to be carried up and down 2⃣️Book three rooms, each with different equipment, some with refrigerators and some without One of the toilets was too small, so I changed to another one and the air conditioner was not cooling well. I cleaned the filter but it was still the same. 3⃣️The water pressure is too low 4⃣️No hair dryer is provided, but electric kettle can be borrowed from the counter 5⃣️My family’s pants were put in a room with NT$4,000 in it, but for some reason, neither the money nor the pants were found. 6⃣️After leaving the swimming pool, I found that my swimming goggles and swimming cap were missing. I checked the surveillance camera and found that they were taken away by other tenants. They said that the neighbor would go and get them back for us, but he didn't. The handling attitude was negative. 7⃣️I called in Taiwan to inform the flight information and asked for airport pick-up. The hotel said they would arrive earlier, but they didn’t. I called the Internet phone and the regular phone for more than ten times before they answered and said they were leaving. So the elderly and the baby waited at the airport for half an hour. 8⃣️The equipment is old and the bed legs broke when I sat on it. Fortunately, the child was not injured, but soon the housekeeping came to repair it with an electric drill. 🌟Summary: There are more disadvantages than advantages, but the service attitude is excellent. The counter, housekeeping staff and drivers are all very good👍👍But to be honest, my family said they would not stay here again suggestion 1⃣️If you want to take a shuttle bus to the attraction, make an appointment with the driver for the pick-up location and time, because it is super difficult to make a phone call‼ ️ 2⃣️If you have a lot of luggage or a stroller, it is recommended to stay on the first floor because there is no elevator and it is very tiring to carry the stroller every day. 3⃣️Properties must be kept safe 4⃣️Bring your own hair dryer. There is no hair dryer here. I used air conditioning to dry my hair for seven days and six nights.

Very friendly staff. Beds are good. Rooms are very noisy. Always happy to come back ♡♡♡♡♡♡
