Best Western Saint-Etienne Porte du Forez

Très bonne impression dès la réception, hôtel cosy et accueillant. Chambre confortable pour 4, bonne literie et jolie décoration. Espace extérieur avec piscine très agréable, avec possibilité de dîner ou prendre son petit déjeuner en terrasse, super agréable . Buffet de petit déjeuner avec tout pour ravir les plus gourmands. Cette hôtel sera certainement notre nouvelle escale lorsqu’à l’avenir nous partirons dans le Sud de la France, sur la route des vacances on s’y sent déjà !

Nous avons pu passer 2 nuits dans cet hôtel malgré la présence de délégations internationales de football à l'occasion des JO. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et le personnel à l'accueil chaleureux et disponible. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de nous avoir acceptés dans ces conditions particulières qui nous laisseront de bons souvenirs.

Première expérience dans un Best Western / Accueil parfait… un seul mot à l’accueil : Bienvenue (avec le sourire)😃 / Chambre spacieuse avec très belle salle de bain / Literie au Top / Piscine 🏊 / Belle terrasse / Tout le personnel est à votre écoute et service / Bons petits déjeuners / Vaste parking gratuit fermé la nuit / Calme ☺️ / Nous reviendrons.

A little hidden in an industrial/shop area, quiet, peaceful, well isolated. Renovated rooms, tastefully decorated. Very good breakfast, lots of choice! A small downside for the room which was not ready at 4:15 p.m. even though it says check in from 12:00 p.m. on the site...

Not worthy of the Best Western range! - Arrival at 11 p.m. with a child, the room was cold (17°) and the heating was off (even though we had a reservation!). - The halls of the establishment are COLD! - The bedding was very pleasant to our taste - The extra bed was not prepared (still under its storage cover and without a pillow) - There was only one large towel for 3 people in the bathroom. - When you woke up in the morning the carpet under the window was soaked, there was a puddle on the woodwork of the window sill (see photos) More generally, despite a beautiful reception and a restaurant in a pretty setting, the establishment is rather old-fashioned, it’s COLD!!! and there are big, big ventilation problems in the bedroom, bathroom, WC. Smell of humidity! PS: The staff is pleasant and helpful, but jeans and sneakers for a star are a bit limited! You have to invest in outfits!

An establishment where the welcome is fantastic and where everything is done to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast is complete and plentiful for those with a sweet tooth. You will also find very appreciable equipment in the rooms, as well as a space to work on the ground floor and free arcade games. I recommend without hesitation.

The hotel is well located and easy to access. We were well received, the restaurant was decent and the room was clean, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast is varied and we found everything we needed. I recommend this address
