Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Τα παιδιά καταευχαρηστήθηκαν τις πισίνες και το ασφαλές και ελεγχόμενο περιβάλλον του resort. Εμείς από τη στιγμή που περάσαμε την πόρτα του spa, νιώσαμε ότι μπαίνουμε σε έναν κόσμο απόλυτης χαλάρωσης και φροντίδας. Οι εγκαταστάσεις είναι σύγχρονες, πεντακάθαρες και μελετημένες ως την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια – από τους φωτισμούς και τη μουσική, μέχρι τις μυρωδιές και τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιούνται. Το χαμάμ, η σάουνα και η θερμαινόμενη πισίνα δημιουργούν την τέλεια ατμόσφαιρα για ξεκούραση, ενώ οι θεραπείες μασάζ και προσώπου ήταν πραγματικά επαγγελματικές και αναζωογονητικές. Αυτό όμως που κάνει πραγματικά τη διαφορά είναι η κυρία Λίλα. Με διακριτικότητα, ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό, φρόντισε να αισθανθούμε άνετα, ευπρόσδεκτοι και ξεχωριστοί. Ξέρει πώς να δημιουργεί ένα κλίμα ηρεμίας και εμπιστοσύνης και διαθέτει πραγματική αγάπη για τη δουλειά της, κάτι που φαίνεται σε κάθε της κίνηση και λόγο. Η παρουσία της και η οργάνωση του spa είναι πραγματικά ένας από τους βασικούς λόγους για να επισκεφθεί κανείς το ξενοδοχείο – και σίγουρα ένας από τους λόγους που θα επιστρέψουμε. Leider entspricht dieses Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hauses. Die Möbel wirken stark abgenutzt, und die gesamte Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer gab es zudem einen intensiven Geruch, der an eine Kläranlage erinnerte. Ein Techniker bestätigte das Problem und versprach, regelmäßig nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Leider änderte sich nichts an der Situation, da behauptet wurde, der Geruch stamme von einem benachbarten Hotel.
Die Reinigungskräfte waren zwar täglich im Einsatz, jedoch war die Reinigung oft hektisch, wodurch das Zimmer nicht immer den gewünschten Sauberkeitsstandard erreichte. Das Essen war in Ordnung, bewegte sich aber eher auf dem Niveau eines 3- bis 4-Sterne-Hotels. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das freundliche Personal, die gepflegte Außenanlage und der beeindruckende Strand. Dennoch werde ich aufgrund des unangenehmen Geruchs und der unzureichenden Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht erneut in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Extremely dirty with every kind of insects in the room and also in the restaurant and food. Mould in the bathroom. Needs a refurbishment, a downgrade to 3* and lots of hard effort to became a 5* hotel.
On the other hand, the coastline is superb, fantastic and clean sea water. The staff on the beach were amazing.

The resort is great, all the employees are very nice and always smiling. The SPA is unforgettable! The massages, indoor heated pool, and steam room are very relaxing. Lila, the spa manager, is very nice and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner menus are great, and the beach is no more than 400 yards from the entrance. FANTASTIC place to stay and relax.

Nice resort with an easy and short distance to the great sandy beach. Food is perfect. Pool are great. Real 5 stars hotel. If you have a chance - order a unit with pool- it’s real relaxing

Τα παιδια στο pool bar ειναι πάντως καιρού!!! Απίστευτα εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό! Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και καθαρά χωρις θόρυβο από τις διπλανές εγκαταστάσεις,για τον μπουφε του ξενοδοχείου εξαιρετικά πεντανοστιμα. Όλα ηταν υπεροχα!!!!!!

Άνετο και πολύ μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Καθαρό και φροντισμένο. Πολύ περιποιημένοι εξωτερικοί χώροι και πεντακάθαρες πισίνες. Εξαιρετικά χαμογελαστό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Η παραλία απέχει δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια αλλά υπάρχει βανάκι του ξενοδοχείου που πηγαινοέρχεται όλη την ημέρα. Η θάλασσα πεντακάθαρη με αμμουδιά που βαθαίνει σταδιακά και ναυαγοσώστη που εποπτεύει. Το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες και πετσέτες για την παραλία και αν θέλετε σερβίρει ποτά ή σνακ. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει ένα μόνο εστιατόριο που προσφέρει πρωινό, μεσημεριανό και βραδινό σε μπουφέ. Για τις ενδιάμεσες ώρες υπάρχει room service. H ελληνική μουσική σε λαϊκό ύφος στο βραδινό, δεν μας ενθουσιάζει αλλά είναι θέμα γούστου. Το SPA συμπαθητικό και το προσωπικό του επίσης. Γενικά υπάρχει πολύ προσωπικό πρόθυμο και ευγενικό.Οι σίτες στις μπαλκονόπορτες ήταν σε άψογη κατάσταση, ο κλιματισμός λειτουργούσε τέλεια και γενικά η συντήρηση του χώρου είναι επιμελής. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια αλλά και εκείνα που δεν έχουν πρόσφατα ανακαινισθεί όπως το δικό μας ήταν σε άψογη λειτουργική κατάσταση. Διαθέτει ψυγειάκι και μίνι κουζινάκι και βραστήρα ενώ προσφέρεται καθημερινά δωρεάν μπουκάλι νερού. Θα το ευχαριστηθείτε αν έχετε παιδιά (έχει παιδότοπους) αλλά και χωρίς αυτά θα το απολαύσετε.
