Abba Ordino Babot Hotel

Un excepcional hotel de montaña. Si quieres ir en familia a esquiar o en grupo a hacer bici, no hay mejor sitio. En pleno Coll de Ordino, muy bien situado para cualquiera de las estaciones de Vallnord, unas vistas increíbles al valle y parking fácil y gratuito (en Andorra estos es unas vistas increíbles plus). Habitaciones grandes, guardaesquís, spa, bar y chimenea. El desayuno excepcional!

I chose this hotel because they are one of the few that allow dogs and that is also located in a quieter and cooler area and I loved seeing it on the internet. The location is excellent, with stunning views from every corner of the accommodation. My surprise when I got to the room was that I did not expect to have an interior terrace in case it rains or is cold and an exterior one. I loved the room with the attic, which gives parents a lot of privacy, large and very spacious. It was all outside: gardens, swimming pool, tennis, barbecue area... etc. very careful and clean, you have access to the mountain in front with which you can do routes and you can walk your dog freely, it's amazing !! The breakfast very well. Everyone's attention too, as it was far from the town, at night we were able to order dinner so we didn't have to move from the accommodation (since the night before we didn't like dinner at the hotel too much) As negative points: lunch and dinner, super expensive: 20 euros and not even water enters, the bread is a mini roll. (I would change especially the 1st dishes) Spa area: we complained that the water in the jacuzzis was too hot, it was very difficult for you to get in, and now what you want is more to cool off, although if it is warm then nothing happens but you will burn. I know that it is something that will be solved immediately I imagine. The entire interior of the facilities is very outdated, armchairs and furniture that at least were from the time of my great-grandmothers😜, . Since the Abba chain recently took it over, I hope you take it into account and renovate everything a bit and put showers that are safer, I assure you that I will find the shower curtain that is not mine (and that I do not have ), it makes me sick that I don't even tell you, to think that thousands of people spend there every year. Hopefully I can come back with you if my economy allows me 🤗.

Bel hotel, au calme, très cosy. Très belles vues. Les chambres de base un peu petites, mais avec le balcon c'est agréable. Les plas sont très bons. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Le SPA est appréciable après la marche dans les magasins de Andore la vieille

Excelente en todos los sentidos. Pero especialmente la calidad del servicio es extraordinaria: recepción, restaurante, etc. Nuestra experiencia ha sido de 10. También son destacables la ubicación, la calidez y las vistas desde la habitaciones. Habitaciones dotadas de una pequeña terraza con vistas despejadas a las montañas.

La recepcionista rubia, en particular, se destacó por su amabilidad y disposición a ayudarnos. ¡Gracias a ella nos sentimos como en casa! La comida del restaurante era deliciosa y variada. Los platos estaban elaborados con productos de calidad y el servicio era muy atento. ¡Ideal para disfrutar en familia! El spa es un auténtico oasis de tranquilidad. El jacuzzi caliente y templado nos permitieron relajarnos después de un día de esquí, y las saunas y la sauna turca fueron una experiencia revitalizante. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, a solo 15 minutos de las pistas. El servicio de transfer gratuito fue muy útil. Además, Andorra la Vella está a poca distancia, lo que nos permitió hacer algunas compras. En resumen, nuestra estancia en el Hotel Abba Ordino fue perfecta. ¡Recomendamos este hotel a todos aquellos que busquen un lugar acogedor y con un servicio excelente en Andorra!"
