The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and overall it's a great value for your money. The location is very good - really close to the city center. The only inconvenience was the noise from the vehicles passing by the nearby street.

A magical and unforgettable place.
Stroll through old streets and stone buildings.
I highly recommend Caldea. Europe's largest spa for extreme relaxation.

Waited some more from the hotel for the price we paid. When we were there they informed us that due to the covid the spa is closed and only the pool is opened. I wouldn't pay again all that money to stay in this hotel

Personnel très agréable et sympathique, par contre l'hôtel ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles car malgré une très belle et grande chambre avec un lit king size pas de frigo avec boissons fraîches ni boissons chaudes à disposition, dans la beignoire pas de suport pour la douchette le ménage laisse à désirer le sol n'etait pas lavé par contre un très copieux buffet de petit déjeuner 👍😏
