This hotel is very bad. I informed them a few days before my stay that my passport and credit card were stolen, my itinerary had to be changed, and special circumstances required me to cancel the reservation and apply for a refund. Even though Ctrip customer service called them, they still refused to give me a refund. So unreasonable!
